As every custom project involves concept development, design exploration, sampling, and production, design and development charges may apply, depending on the scope of the project.

If you've fallen in love with one of our existing pieces, we're happy to produce it in larger quantities for your celebration. Whether it's for weddings, birthdays, housewarmings, festive gifting, or corporate events, we'd be delighted to be a small part of your occasion.

We also offer special pricing for bulk orders, making it easier to gift thoughtfully while staying true to quality and craftsmanship.

As every Fourth House Neighbour piece is thoughtfully crafted in small batches, lead times vary depending on the quantity and level of customization.

• Smaller bulk orders: Timelines will be shared based on the quantity and our production schedule.
