No Returns & Exchange Policy

At Fourth House Neighbour, every collection is thoughtfully produced in small, limited batches. We believe in creating meaningful pieces over mass production, which means each design is available only in limited quantities.

To help us continue operating sustainably and offering carefully curated collections, all purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, we'd be happy to help.

Limited Batch Availability

Our products are offered on a first come, first served basis. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, in rare cases an item may become unavailable due to high demand or inventory discrepancies.

If this happens, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Should your order be cancelled, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello.neighbour@fourthhousestore.com

Please include:

  • Your order details

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

Once we review your request, we will arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • Your order is cancelled by us due to product unavailability.

  • The product is found to be damaged or incorrect upon review of your claim.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
